Every Tuesday i will run a room "side hustle kaki" with my fellow Side Hustlers. During one of the session, come a 15 years old boy Jon ( not his real name) joined us in the discussion. His bio written that he was born with visually impaired(Retinal Detachment) in 1 eye.
Thus as an insurance advisor myself, first thing come to mind is was he INSURED on the day he was born? Prudential first implemented Pre Natal coverage for unborn baby on 2010. Sadly enough 15 years ago one can not insure an unborn baby.
However now YOU can apply for protection for an unborn baby starting 14 gestation weeks onwards. The other advantage to this the child when he or she is born there will be no waiting period to worry for. The plan also covers for jaundice which is very common among babies.
Good to know that Jon is a strong boy, who has big ambitions! Definitely a bright future is ahead of him. He shared that he will take 2 hours to finish his daily homework when his classmates only take 1 hour to get all done. That didn't deter him to learn. He is living an active life style and happy. Very proud to hear a young child being so positive. Many adults can really learn from that fighting spirit he shared!
** insurance is not a product can be bought off the shelf whenever needed but one needed to be healthy to apply for future coverage **
