Manggo Pulut Homemade

Hello Covid and we are now homemade chef!

Preparing the Pulut!
1 Cup of Pulut presoak 24 hours OR get Pulut Susu which you can soak for 1 hour only.
Prepare water in the metal pot and put in to boil. When soaking time is up, put pulut into basket and steam for 20 minutes, then toss pulut upside down inside and steam another 20 minutes.
While we wait for round 2 of 20 minutes prepare the coconut milk;
2/3 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp table salt
1/2 cup sugar ( i reduce 1/8C *so depend on your sugar intake level )
cook this on stove till sugar melted but not boiling. Keep Warm.
When pulut is ready, pour into a bowl and follow by coconut milk. Mix well, and cover let it sit for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes up, mix it again, and cover till ready to eat!

When time is UP TO EAT!
cut ripe manggo in whatever shape you like and enjoy with the pulut!
