Bread picture you see in here is NOT A ROCK! IT is indeed a bread! SOURDOUGH!
It uses home cultured yeast from flour and water. The process may sound troublesome but some just can't take commercial yeast though many are just liking the bread for example me .
I do not only like the bread I love the process of making it (not 3 years ago) and the ideas of what to put in the bread is unlimited!

Through out my journey to hunt for the right recipe and doable ones.
Flash back to 3 years ago;
My first loaf came out as hard as brick!
My second loaf i can use as a Frisbee but too heavy to fly.
These are ancient now... !
Had great laugh, moment of disappointment and never give up.
So I KEPT trying and found Elaine from Foodbod Sourdough !
Her steps and recipes are fantastic. She also has video accompanied with it incase you are like me dyslexic . Her love in sourdough and willingness to share that's what makes me love her more! Do check out her site which I have already shared with a few friends who private message me for pointers. Here attached are some of my yummy "rocks" to share with you ! She has books out too!

Left is Sourdough with part rye and added beetroot powder , kuaci and coated with poppy seeds.
Below is normal white sourdough coated with Sesame seeds. (that's how my sister in law loves it )

* LET the sourness sticks to bread NOT OUR LIVES!"
