Now am i making you wanting to get one now?
The one below with black speckles those are Black Sesames.

Alright, RECIPES.
I have Tried, simple, yeast, sourdough (which i love most), churros, chewy (with glutinous rice flour )
PLENTY recipe to google. Here is s guide:
1) those with glutinous rice flour in it, tend to be extra chewy and crisp outside
2) those recipe too simple may get you soft unappetizing looking waffles (but my sons tend to like it)
3) yeast and sourdough you will need to start planning your waffles a day ahead.

Here thanks to google i found recipe to share from
Ingredients (RECIPE copied directly from site for your convenience)
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs yolks divided from whites
2 TBSP butter melted
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Heat waffle maker to highest setting.
Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt and sugar using a whisk to combine well.
Beat the egg yolk with a whisk until smooth. Stir in the milk, vanilla, and butter.
Combine the milk mixture with the dry ingredients. Stir until mostly smooth.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer or blender.
Carefully but thoroughly fold the egg whites into the batter. Cook waffles according to waffle maker instructions.
Place waffles directly on the oven racks until ready to serve. (And don't stack them!)
Notes Yields 3-4 Belgian waffles, depending on size of waffle maker. Recipe can be doubled and/ or tripled.
